OMEGA, since the first ISO9000 certification in 2011, undertook to implement the quality policy that places the customer at the center of its activity, constantly monitoring the goals through the application of the PDCA structure (Plan Do Check Act).
The quality checks are carried out by suitable measuring devices located on the machine and / or in the metrology room depending on the criticality and complexity of the component; each operator was therefore formed in order to be autonomous and responsible for their work, while maintaining flexibility and interchangeability of tasks.
